We require formal proof of identity and address - two items such as a driving licence, utility bill, bank statement etc - for all hires.

How do I pay the deposit?
The easiest solution is to give us your credit or debit card details temporarily (we do not keep them after the hire is finished and paid for). We also accept cash deposits (but not cheques).

What about delivery/collection?
We require a minimum 24 hours notice for any deliveries/collections required. All deliveries and collections are charged for (minimum one way charge £7.50 - phone 020 8748 7912 for quote).
Please note: We do not do deliveries or collections on Saturday or Sunday.

How are hire charges calculated?
Charges are calculated from the time (nearest minute) an item is hired to the time it is returned.

What is the minimum hire period?
The minimum hire period for most items is 24 hours but a few items - towers, acrows, scaffold boards etc - have a minimum hire period of one week (see our price list for full details).

What does "return in good condition" mean?
We require all items to be returned in the same condition as when they were hired - additional charges may be made for cleaning or repair. Please empty any dust-bags or other containers supplied.

What if I didn't use the item I hired?
We regret that this is your problem - we will charge for the hire anyway.

What if the item I hired doesn't work?
Our hire stock receives regular maintenance and should reach you in working order. If any item fails to work when used properly please tell us immediately. You will not be charged if we are at fault.

What if I lose the item I hired or it gets stolen?
